Val Venegia in Winter: 3-Day Snowshoeing Trip in the Pale di San Martino
Val Venegia Snowshoeing
Winter changes everything here: the larches fall silent, snow softens the outline of the mountain huts, and the Pale di San Martino rise above the valley like a pale wall.
Is this trip for me?
Five vibes, an effort level and a type of trip: so you can tell in ten seconds if it's for you.
For three days we leave everyday life behind and learn to walk slowly, with snowshoes on our feet, through woods, pastures and mountain huts in Val Venegia. We sleep in the same base the whole time, Capanna Passo Valles at 2,033 metres, so we can enjoy the evenings at the refuge without moving luggage.
