Credits are a virtual balance you can use to take part in Guiddy excursions and experiences. Each activity has a credit value, and at the time of booking, the amount is automatically deducted from your balance. You can use them to cover the cost either partially or entirely. Convenient, flexible, and smart!

What are credits and how do you use them?

You have two ways to earn credits:
• By participating in excursions: you get 10 fixed points for each outing + 1 point for every 100 meters of elevation gain.
• When you reach 200 points, you can convert them into €20 credit to use for your next outdoor experiences.
• If an excursion is cancelled or properly withdrawn, you’ll receive a refund in credits, immediately available for a new adventure.
With Guiddy, the more you walk, the more you save! Walk, earn, and reward yourself.

How can I earn credits?

Yes, they are valid for 6 months from the date of crediting. But don’t worry — we’ll notify you in time so you can use them without stress.
Use them whenever you want to pick the perfect experience at your own pace.

Do credits expire?

Absolutely! Every week we publish new excursions across Italy, designed for all tastes and levels: mountains, trekking, via ferrata, climbing, cycling, tastings, and much more.

Are new excursions added regularly?

Each excursion has a detailed info sheet with all the information: description, stops, estimated times, difficulty level, duration, elevation gain, max altitude, recommended equipment, and useful tips to prepare properly.
