Credits are a virtual balance you can use to book Guiddy excursions and experiences. Each excursion has a value in credits, and at the time of booking, you can choose whether to use them to fully or partially cover the cost of the excursion. The amount is automatically deducted from your balance. Convenient, flexible, and smart!

What are credits and how do they work?

You receive credits when an excursion is cancelled or when you cancel within the allowed terms: the refund in credits can be spent straight away on a new adventure.
Loyalty points are a different thing and don’t turn into credit: you earn 10 points for each outing + 1 point for every 100 meters of positive elevation gain, and 200 points give you a €20 discount at checkout on outings and trips organised by Guiddy.

How do I earn credits?

Yes, credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. But don’t worry: we’ll notify you in advance before they expire so you can make the most of them.
 Use them at your own pace and without stress!

Do credits expire?

Absolutely! Every week we publish new excursions across Italy, designed for all tastes and levels: mountains, trekking, via ferrata, climbing, cycling, tastings, and much more.

Are new excursions added regularly?

Each excursion has a detailed info sheet with all the information: description, stops, estimated times, difficulty level, duration, elevation gain, max altitude, recommended equipment, and useful tips to prepare properly.
