Death

The coverage is provided, up to the insured amount, for Accidents that result in the death of the Insured.

Permanent Disability

The coverage is provided, up to the insured amount, for Accidents that result in the Permanent Disability of the Insured. The following are also considered 'accidents':

• accidents caused by the use and driving of all motor vehicles and boats;
• asphyxia not due to illness;
• acute poisoning from ingestion or absorption of substances;
• drowning;
• electrocution;
• frostbite or freezing;
• sunstroke, heatstroke, or cold exposure;
• infections and poisonings resulting from injuries, animal bites, and insect stings;
• accidents occurring during illness or unconsciousness;
• accidents due to inexperience, carelessness, or even gross negligence;
• injuries caused by physical strain, including hernias (covered in cases of permanent disability and temporary incapacity), and hernias due to violent causes;
• accidents resulting from riots or acts of terrorism, vandalism, or attacks, provided the Insured did not actively participate.

Reimbursement of Medical Expenses

The coverage provides for reimbursement or direct payment by the Organizing Structure (by calling the Turin number: +39 0116523211) of only the medical expenses for healthcare services resulting from accidents or illness, incurred by the Insured on-site, when necessary during the trip and not deferrable until return to the place of residence.
The coverage is provided with a €50 deductible.
