The experience

We set off with the Guidders from Rifugio Trifoglio, above Valtorta, and climb through high pastures and mountain path, with steep sections that make themselves felt, up to the summit of Zucco di Cam. From up there the view opens over the Val Brembana, Pizzo dei Tre Signori and the surrounding peaks. The return crosses a high traverse and a long descent, taken calmly. Nothing here is manufactured: just high meadows, ridgelines and a real summit.

We leave our cars in the parking area at Rifugio Trifoglio, in Valtorta (Bergamo).

Zucco di Cam summit
Once you reach the summit of Zucco di Cam, you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views over the Orobie Alps and the surrounding valleys.
12:15VIEWPOINT
High altitude traverse
From the summit, the route continues along a ridge trail, with a series of gentle ups and downs. A highly scenic stretch that is never dull.

Return to the cars
We return to the cars after a wonderful circular hike.
