Description
A white ridgeline above Zambla.
We set off with the Guidders from Zambla Alta on a progressive climb into the heart of the Val Serina: woodland first, then alpine clearings, finally the ridge that opens onto an enormous view. Along the way stands the Bivacco Mistri, an obligatory coffee stop. On the summit of Cima Foppazzi the eye takes in Monte Alben, the Arera, the Menna and the whole Orobie chain: a climb you feel in your legs and which pays you back handsomely.
