Fara San Martino (CH) - "Gole di San Martino e Sorgenti del Verde" In questa attività, immersa nel fantastico scenario del Parco Nazionale della Maiella visiteremo le Gole di San Martino, uno spettacolare Canyon ricco di storie geologiche e culturali. Una delle meraviglie d'Abruzzo! Cosa Faremo? Accompagnati dalla guida indosseremo l'attrezzatura di sicurezza ed entreremo nelle Gole. Scopriremo la storia dell'Eremo Benedettino di San Martino in Valle. Dopo aver raggiunto una fonte d'acqua faremo una breve sosta. Raggiungeremo come ultima tappa le Sorgenti cristalline del Fiume Verde. Per partecipare all'escursione sarà necessario dotarsi di scarponi da montagna che coprano la caviglia nella sua interezza. ETÀ CONSIGLIATA Escursione non adatta ai bambini di età inferiore ai 5 anni ANIMALI DOMESTICI Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi all'interno di alcune delle aree del Parco Nazionale della Maiella poichè disturbano la fauna selvatica.

Hi Guidders! 🧡 I'm Samuele, an environmental hiking guide. I've loved mountains and high altitude since I was small: I reached my first summit at 8 years old, and from that moment a long love story with nature and hiking began. Curious about the natural and geological world, I study the Abruzzo landscape and in particular the Maiella National Park, today the Maiella Geopark, a UNESCO Global Geopark. In 2022 I took part in the first training workshop for the Maiella-UNESCO Geopoints, becoming a Geopoint operator. Alongside hiking I study history and art: in 2021 I graduated in Cultural Heritage at the Gabriele D'Annunzio University of Chieti. A keen skier, my hobbies are fishing and mushroom picking.
