Trekking from Canzo to Prim’Alpe and Terz’Alpe: At the Foot of the Corni di Canzo Peaks
Prim'Alpe and Terz'Alpe below the Corni di Canzo
At the foot of the Corni di Canzo, between woodland and pasture.
The experience
We set off with the Guidders from the Fonte Gajum, above Canzo, and climb towards Prim'Alpe and Rifugio Terz'Alpe, in the heart of the Larian Triangle, at the foot of the famous Corni di Canzo. It is the classic route that gives you the feeling of real mountains straight away without asking for a whole day: cool woodland, old summer pastures, the San Gerolamo spring along the way and a hut where you can genuinely stop.
