Touch the Sky: Hike Mount Campioncino with a Delicious Hut Lunch

Small, but with an enormous view.

Monte Campioncino is a small, hugely panoramic summit that, together with its neighbour Monte Campione, closes the upper Val di Scalve and attends the mighty rock pillar of the Cimon della Bagozza. We set off with the Guidders from Rifugio Bagozza, above the Schilpario basin, and climb to one of the most iconic corners of the valley, looking out over the western Valcamonica. Then back to the hut for lunch.
