A balcony over Lake Garda, by the gentler way.
Cima Comer looks down on Lake Garda and is one of the most spectacular viewpoints on the Brescia shore. We start from the small hamlet of Briano, in the district of Gargnano, on a route through the woods that makes the climb pleasant and gradual: this is not the classic way up from Sasso, this variant is gentler and has no technical sections. As you climb the trees open onto the lake, up to the final ridge. From up there the eye takes in the whole of Garda, from the Trentino mountains to the Verona shore; anyone with energy left carries on towards Monte Denervo.
