Group chat a couple of days before
Come alone, leave with new friends

The experience

We set off with the Guidders from the Passo della Presolana along one of the finest lines in the area, combining woods, panoramic traverses and wilder stretches between scree and rock walls. From the first steps you are in the heart of the mountain, with a progressive climb leading to the Baita Cassinelli and then to Rifugio Olmo. Above us, throughout, the Presolana: the queen of the Bergamo Orobie.

5 reasons to come - Rifugio Olmo, in the heart of the Presolana - the Baita Cassinelli along the route - panoramic traverses beneath the walls - the scree and wild country of the upper section - the queen of the Orobie overhead all day

Who it suits A progressive climb with scree sections: normal walking fitness and a sure step.

A powerful landscape, seen up close: come with the Guidders.

Hi Guidders! 🧡 I'm Donatella, and the mountains have fascinated me for as long as I can remember, since I was a child discovering the trails around Lake Endine. I live them all round, in every season, and since 1997 I've turned that passion into my profession as a mid-mountain leader. Since 2024 I'm an e-bike guide too: a different, rather special way of having real experiences across gravel tracks, trails and wonders you get to see with new eyes. For me, getting to know nature is the first step towards respecting it. Every walk comes with some effort, but also with incredible views, colours, emotions and moments that stay with you — and those are what bring you back. 🥾🚵‍♀️ See you in the mountains, Guidders!
