Description
A solitary summit between two lakes.
We set off with the Guidders and the path starts firmly, with a climb that tests the legs straight away; then the pace eases and the effort fades in front of the colours of Lake Tenno, a small turquoise gem set among the woods. We pass Malga Misone and reach the summit cross of Monte Misone: solitary and wild, it commands the valley between Lake Garda and Lake Tenno, with a view that turns all the way round to the Brenta Dolomites.
