Rifugio Monte Fuso Wildlife Park Area
Meeting at Rifugio Monte Fuso from 8.30 am, departure to enter the wildlife reserve at 9.00 am
10:00SUMMIT
Wildlife Reserve and Monte Lavacchio
A visit inside the reserve, accessible only with licensed environmental hiking guides. You'll be able to see and get up close with fallow deer, red deer and mouflons.
10:30MOUNTAIN HUT
Coffee stop at Rifugio Monte Fuso
A short stop before starting the climb towards Monte Fuso
12:00VILLAGE
The village of Rusino
We'll pass through the village of Rusino. In this small locality, thanks to the silica-rich soil, the cultivation of the so-called Rusino potato is widespread, a red tuber used to prepare various dishes.

Monte Fuso 1115 m
Climbing a trail immersed in the woods, we'll reach the summit of Monte Fuso
14:30HIKING TRAIL
Descent on hiking trail
After a short stop on Monte Fuso to recharge, we'll head back on the return path

Arrival and end of hike at Rifugio Monte Fuso
Arrival at the refuge and end of the hike. All that's left is to share a beer together before saying goodbye!
