WHY THIS HIKE

Punta Sos Nidos, Sardinian

Hi Guidders! 🧡 I'm Nicola, an environmental hiking guide, and I've been out in the Sardinian mountains for over 30 years. I'm passionate about traditions, about plants and about everything our ancestors handed down: in Sardinia that's an endless subject, and nearly all of it sits along the trail rather than in books. I like to really live the place I'm walking on, not cross it. That's why I'm constantly exploring remote corners of my island, sparsely inhabited areas full of secrets, which leave anyone who visits with memories that don't fade. Walk with me and you'll go where there's nobody. 🥾 See you in the mountains, Guidders!
