Cima Parì: a scenic trek in Val di Ledro
Cima Parì: the loop above the lake
A loop through woods, altitude, and views over Lake Ledro.
The experience
We set off with the Guidders from Val dei Poz, in Val di Ledro, and climb straight into the woods. The trail gains altitude decisively, alternating clearings and steeper stretches that keep you focused, until reaching the 1990-metre summit of Cima Parì, the highest point of the day. It's a true loop: you climb from the West side and descend from the East, with the view changing at every turn. From the top, the outlook opens onto the entire Val di Ledro and, further below, the deep blue of Lake Ledro, one of Trentino's most beautiful glacial lakes.
This area holds a unique piece of history: on the lake's shores once stood an ancient pile-dwelling village, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Walking here means moving through land inhabited for thousands of years.
5 reasons to come - the loop that climbs above 1900 metres with a full view of the valley - Lake Ledro accompanying you with its colours - woods, ridge, and descent: three environments in one outing - a piece of UNESCO history beneath your steps - group energy and genuine mountain air
Who it's suited for A trained leg is needed: the steep uphill and downhill stretches require a sure step, but no technical gear is necessary. Those who have already done a few challenging hikes will feel right at home.
Book your spot and come discover Lake Ledro with the Guidders: we set off together in the morning, ready to climb.
