The experience

In the heart of the Valmalenco we snowshoe between snow-covered pastures and frozen streams, with views stretching over the Bernina and Disgrazia groups, summits rising above 4,000 metres. It is one of the finest places for this activity and fresh snow is almost always there. Halfway through the day we have lunch at Rifugio Cristina, surrounded by white.
