WHY THIS HIKE

The Rutor waterfalls

Discovering the Rutor Falls is like immersing yourself in a tale of water and forests, where every step reveals a new glimpse of wild beauty. The path winds through majestic larches and the scent of resin, while the sound of the stream guides us towards one of the most surprising wonders of the Aosta Valley.

The experience

Among cool splashes, wooden bridges and breathtaking panoramic points, the path becomes increasingly evocative, giving us emotions at every waterfall. The waterfalls, impetuous and majestic, show themselves in all their power, creating rainbows in the mist and giving moments of pure wonder.

An excursion that nourishes the soul, refreshes the body and reconnects us with the most authentic nature. An adventure to experience together with the Guidders community.

Hi Guidders! 🧡 I'm Federica, an environmental hiking guide, and the mountains have been my life companion for as long as I can remember. I've been out in them for over 35 years: since my parents carried me in a rucksack along the trails and up the peaks of the Aosta Valley. And once I started walking on my own two feet, I never stopped. After years of experience and training I chose to make it my job, wanting to share this passion and to show people the genuine beauty of the mountains. On my outings I like creating experiences that are simple, honest and full of wonder, because every trail has a story to tell — and it's almost always more interesting than the elevation gain. 🥾🌿 See you in the mountains, Guidders!
