Seven days in two different Turkeys. Istanbul is the only city in the world on two continents: three days to walk it properly, from Hagia Sophia to the Basilica Cistern, from the Grand Bazaar to the Balat and Fener districts the coaches never reach, with a ferry across the Bosphorus to have breakfast in Asia.
