Bavastrelli - Mount Antola Hike with Lunch at the Mountain Hut
Mount Antola from Bavastrelli
An Apennine summit, and lunch halfway.
The experience
We set off with the Guidders from the village of Bavastrelli and follow a well-marked path climbing through lush woods to Rifugio Parco Antola. Here we stop for lunch, with local dishes made from local ingredients. After the break we carry on to the summit of Monte Antola, where the view opens over the Val Trebbia and Lago del Brugneto. The return follows the same path.
