A trek for anyone who loves iconic peaks: the Resegone, with the saw-toothed profile made famous by Manzoni, accompanies us step by step to its 1,875 metres, where views over Lecco, Lake Como and the whole Alpine arc await.

The experience
We start from the small village of Morterone, the least populated municipality in Italy, and the trail alternates gentle stretches with firmer climbs, through woods, clearings and the spectacular limestone spires that make this mountain unique, loved by people from Lecco and Milan alike.
At the top Rifugio Azzoni welcomes us for a break with a postcard view: from here the whole lake is visible, and on clear days the eye reaches Monte Rosa. Nine kilometres and 800 metres of ascent.
This is an intermediate hike: 800 metres of ascent over nine kilometres, with steep sections and passages among the rocks where a sure step is needed, but no equipped stretches. Bring boots with a good sole and water.
Come with the Guidders: book your place and let's climb the Resegone.

Ideal for: Beginners, families, those who want to take their first steps in trekking.
Easy Plus
A little faster pace, but still accessible. Slightly longer routes or with a few more hills, requiring some walking experience. The terrain is always easy and safe.
Ideal for: Those who walk regularly and want to challenge themselves a little.

Hi Guidders! 🧡 I'm Francesco, a UIMLA International Mountain Leader and a mid-mountain leader registered with the Collegio Guide Alpine Lombardia. I'm also a yoga teacher, and I love bringing mindful movement together with deep contact with nature: between trails and breath, the mountains are my element. For me the mountains are pure joy, to be lived in every aspect and shared with anyone who wants to explore, listen and be amazed. Every outing is a chance to find balance, wonder and — very often — new friendships. I hope to meet you soon. 🧘 🌲 See you in the mountains, Guidders!
Dopo la prima parte nel bosco la vista si apre sul rifugio Azzoni e da lì comincia la salita... pranzo al sacco con una vista splendida e in ottima compagnia!
