Under the stars of Bobbio

A different kind of experience, through the alleys of one of Italy’s most beautiful villages and along the trails overlooking the Trebbia Valley. With the Guidders, we will meet in the heart of Bobbio and cross the famous Hunchback Bridge to begin a pleasant climb through woods and landscapes glowing in the light of sunset. We will reach a charming mountain inn at about 720 meters above sea level, where a traditional Piacenza-style dinner prepared with local products will be waiting for us. At the end, the most evocative part of the experience will begin: the nighttime return, lit by headlamps and accompanied by the sounds of the forest. Hi Guidders! 🧡 I'm Paolo, an environmental hiking guide, and nature is my habitat: I like discovering every fold of it, respecting it and training in its silence to unplug from a life that's often hectic. A lifelong sports enthusiast, I've raced triathlon and made entirely self-supported journeys on foot and by bike in Morocco, Ladakh, Corsica, Croatia, Cuba, Iceland, Namibia, Laos, Patagonia, Menorca, the Canaries and Poland: each one left its mark. In 2016 I ran the route from Riccione to Livorno alongside ultrarunner Stefano Gregoretti and, the same year, I designed and organised the Crete Unsupported Lonely Triathlon: a solo, fully self-supported triathlon around the whole perimeter of Crete, the place closest to my heart. From 2018 to 2021 I was an instructor with Ginnastica Dinamica Militare Italiana.
