Monte Folgorito and the Gothic Line

Il panoramico monte Folgorito (912m), inserito nel contesto del Parco Reginale delle Alpi Apuane, è stato teatro di un aspro scontro fra i soldati tedeschi a difesa della linea Gotica e le forze alleate. Grazie al coraggio dei Nisei ad inizio Aprile del 1945 la linea di difesa fu spezzata. L'escursione, adatta a tutte le persone con un minimo di dimestichezza con l'ambiente naturale, è piacevole e molto panoramica, per una giornata all'insegna della natura e della storia.
