The experience

In the Valsassina, above Margno, lies an enchanted plateau: the Pian delle Betulle, reached by cable car or by a quiet walk through the woods. From there the steeper part begins with the Guidders, towards Cima del Laghetto, and then on to the Cimone di Margno, gentler but just as spectacular. At the top the eye takes in the Grignone, the Legnone and Pizzo dei Tre Signori. The return follows the panoramic crest back to the plateau.
