Trekking to the Gusmeroli Bivouac: A panoramic destination in the upper Tartano Valley.
The Gusmeroli bivouac in Val Tartano
A pasture barn turned bivouac hut, with a long table outside.
The experience
In the silence of the upper Val Tartano, between pastures and larch woods, stands the Bivacco Gusmeroli Aldo e Sergio, dedicated to the two brothers bound to these mountains: an old pasture barn turned into a welcoming refuge, a symbol of friendship and love for one's own land. Outside, beside the stream, a long table invites you to eat with a view of the grazing animals. Opposite, the valley opens out, with the mountains separating it from the Bitto valleys.
5 reasons to come - the Bivacco Gusmeroli, a barn turned refuge - the long table outside, beside the stream - the grazing animals in front of the hut - the mountains towards the Bitto valleys - the silence of the upper Val Tartano
