The experience
Day 1. We set off with the Guidders from the Piani dei Resinelli and climb the famous Cermenati path, through the celebrated spires of the Grigna, to the summit cross and the Bivacco Ferrario. Up there we eat and wait for the dark: it is the night of the shooting stars, and from one of the finest balconies in the Lombard Alps you see them as in few other places.
Day 2. Sunrise from the summit, then the descent by way of Rifugio Porta.

Meeting Point: Piani dei Resinelli (approx. 1278m / 4193ft) We'll meet in the late afternoon at Piani dei Resinelli to get ready for our adventure! We'll start with a briefing, check everyone's gear, and distribute tents, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads to those who need them. (Paid parking available).

Summit Ascent
We set off in the late afternoon or early evening, following the standard route which winds through woods, scree slopes, and rocky passages typical of the Grignetta. The trail is well-marked but technically challenging in places, with short, easy equipped sections (via ferrata). We'll hike up in the daylight, aiming to reach the summit at sunset.

Ferrario Bivouac
Picnic dinner and stargazing. As night falls, we'll prepare for some magic: the Perseid meteor shower, set against the backdrop of the Grignetta's spires and the silence of the night. A perfect moment to experience with friends or in peaceful contemplation.
