We start from the village and head straight into the woods, following a trail and mule track with a steady ascent and a few steeper sections that are never technical. We will reach the evocative Sasso Preguda, a glacial erratic with an open view of Lake Como, before continuing towards San Tomaso through clearings and mountain huts.
