The experience

From the Passo Giau the view already turns full circle, and the route only adds to it. The goal is Mondeval, a place that holds landscape and history together: here, in 1985, the Mondeval Man was discovered, a Mesolithic hunter who lived around seven and a half thousand years ago. Along the way we pass Lake delle Baste, a sheet of water set among high pastures.
