The experience

We set off with the Guidders from the Forcella di Predalunga, in front of the sanctuary, and climb to the Cappelletta degli Alpini and the Pratolina barns. From there the CAI 539 mule track runs along the southern flank of the mountain with a steady, never brutal climb, up to the summit of Monte Misma, a natural balcony with the Valle Seriana on one side and the Val Cavallina on the other. After the top comes the little church of Santa Maria del Misma, the right place for a pause.

HOW TO GET THERE

We begin our ascent through the woods along a well-maintained path, reaching the Cappelletta degli Alpini and then the Pratolina huts, the first vantage point of the day.
