Gnutti, Baitone and Tonolini Mountain Huts: in the Heart of the Adamello
Guiddy Difficulty Levels
Intermediate Plus
Description
Three historic huts, and the Miller stairs.
We set off with the Guidders from Malga Premassone on a loop in the heart of the Adamello group. We climb through basins and rock steps, past the famous Scale del Miller, to Rifugio Gnutti; then carry on to Rifugio Baitone and Rifugio Tonolini, each facing a different alpine lake. Panoramic paths, historic huts and the feeling of walking inside one of the most iconic landscapes in Lombardy.
5 reasons to come
- three historic huts on the same loop
- the Scale del Miller, cut into the rock
- alpine lakes in front of every hut
- the basins and rock steps of the Adamello group
- a route that never repeats the same landscape
Who it suits
A long loop with rock steps and serious height gain: good fitness and a sure step are needed.
Inside the Adamello, genuinely: come and walk it with the Guidders.
