We’ll head up Monte Barro, traversing forests and gentle hilly stretches all the way to the summit, where you'll find a spectacular view of the Resegone and the lakes of the Como area. We’ll leave our cars at the parking area in front of the hermitage at the foot of Mount Barro; our trek to the summit cross begins right here!

Mount Barro Summit
Finally, we’ve reached the summit of Monte Barro. From the cross, our view opens up over the surrounding landscape as we toast to the last rays of the sun slowly disappearing over the horizon. Soon, the night will put on its own show: above us, the celestial vault will begin to ignite with stars and constellations.
