The experience

Lago Coldai is one of the most captivating objectives in the Zoldo Dolomites: a high mountain tarn reached on foot that holds a rare gift. Once there, beyond the surrounding landscape, you see the majestic Civetta reflected in the water — and that is what you climb for. We set off with the Guidders from Rifugio Palafavera and pass Rifugio Coldai before reaching the lake.
