Forest bathing in Bolotana

L'autunno sa regalare grandi gioie agli amanti del foliage e dei colori tipici di questa stagione. I paesaggi interni della Sardegna si prestano molto bene a questa ricerca e tra i luoghi più adatti per godere di queste bellezze è impossibile non menzionare il borghetto di Badde Salighes. Luogo di storia e fascino nato alla fine dell'800, Badde Salighes deve la sua fama all’ingegnere britannico Benjamin Piercy che qui costruì la famosa villa simile a un castelletto medievale e oggi meta turistica. Tuttavia Villa Piercy è solo la punta dell'iceberg della bellezza di questo luogo, da qui infatti parte una foresta incredibile che andremo a esplorare con un ampio giro ad anello, attraverso cui avremo modo di osservare e conoscere alberi millenari, cascate, animali liberi al pascolo e persino siti archeologici. Il tutto avverrà mediante un'escursione non particolarmente impegnativa, in un'atmosfera di pace e serenità dove avremo modo di immergerci e rilassarci in più momenti, sperimentando i fondamenti dello shinrin-yoku giapponese.

Luogo di storia e fascino nato alla fine dell'800, Badde Salighes deve la sua fama all’ingegnere britannico Benjamin Piercy che qui costruì la famosa villa simile a un castelletto medievale e oggi meta turistica.
