Beigua Park Trekking Adventure: 3 Days Hiking Ridges with Ocean Views!

Three days where the mountains talk to the sea.

Day 1. We start from Cogoleto with salt still in the air and climb the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, following the divide that separates — and joins — the Alps and the Mediterranean, as far as Rifugio Pratorotondo.
Day 2. From the Pratorotondo to Rifugio Argentea, across open, bright plateaus where the eye loses itself between sea and mountains.
Day 3. From the Argentea down to Arenzano, closing the circle.
